Vermentino
Dry white
The estate’s signature white: pure Vermentino, fresh and savoury, with aromas of Mediterranean scrub and citrus. Our largest and most representative production.
Fosdinovo · since 1989
At 350–480 metres, on the ridge above the valley, we grow Vermentino and our native grapes with natural methods and a single goal: honest wines that taste of where they are born.
Our cellar
Where our Vermentino takes shape.
Podere Lavandaro is a family-run estate in Fosdinovo, in the province of Massa-Carrara, perched on a hill ridge 350–480 metres above sea level, right on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.
Our first bottles date to 1989. Since then, year after year, production has grown in quantity and quality, thanks to the passion and dedication of Marco Taddei, joined since 2016 by his son Francesco, an AIS sommelier.

We look for simple wines that are ready to drink, in a plainly traditional style, respecting as much as possible the aromas and flavours that come straight from the vine.
