What data we collect

This website is designed to collect the bare minimum of data. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools.

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address and message) only to reply to you.

Visit statistics

We collect visit statistics in anonymous, aggregated form, without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other personal data. We only record the page visited, any referring site and the date. This data cannot identify individual visitors and, by its nature, does not require consent.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies. Specifically, a session cookie is set only in the reserved administration area to allow login; ordinary visitors receive no profiling or tracking cookies.

We use the browser’s local storage only to remember two of your choices: that you have already seen this notice and whether you chose to load the map. This technical information stays on your device and is not sent to us or to third parties.

The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap and is not loaded automatically: a preview is shown and the map is activated only if you click the button. Only then, in order to display the map, may the external service receive your IP address.

Retention and rights

Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion and object to its processing, by writing to info@poderelavandaro.it.
